Although there are websites available to the public for such searches, we recommend partnering with a registered brokers/agents as they have access to countless tools and properties listed only available to other registered agents and brokers through such services as MLS (Multiple Listing Services). Among many other benefits, these additional tools provide essential information that could help identify potential issues with each transaction prior to submitting offers. 

The best way to figure out your budget in purchasing a home is through a prequalification process. This sounds more complicated than it really is. KAY will guide you in providing the necessary and essential information to our preferred lenders for an approval, typically called a "Prequalification Letter".
